Rental Agreement
This is an ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, NO PETS unit.
Upon Arrival: Please check in at the Sandestin Gate (south side) to receive your
gate pass for your length of stay.
Check In: Check-in is 3 p.m. CST. Due to our high standards for
cleanliness, there is a possibility your vacation rental may not be ready at 3 p.m.,
especially during peak seasons. Your patience is appreciated.
Check Out: Checkout time is promptly
at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Please start the dishwasher, place all trash at curb and leave the property
in a neat condition. Mail the keys back to us.
Payment: A deposit of $500.00 is required immediately to hold your
vacation dates. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $50.00 service charge. Rate includes tax and cleaning service.
Keys: You will have 2 sets of keys, which will be sent by mail 1 week after the final payment is received for the rental.. In case of emergency see the security office they will have your name. The address is 5058 Beachwalk Way, the unit phone number is 850-267-5058.
Cancellations: If cancellation is made:
Age Requirement: No rentals will be made to vacationing students or singles
under the age of 25. Any reservation made under false pretences will be subject to
forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposit, and the party will not be permitted
to check in.
Linen/Maid Service: All units are completely furnished including linens and
towels. Rates include departure cleaning. We recommend you bring beach towels, as
we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. You are also responsible
for your own toiletries and laundry soap. The kitchen is completely furnished and
there is a full size washer/dryer.
Damage: Any damage other than normal wear and tear will be reported to the
owner immediately and occupant will be held accountable.
Maximum Occupancy: Will be the number of occupants conveyed as of the time
of booking. Any unreported occupants will be billed at Two Hundred Fifty Dollars,
($250.00), per occupant per week.
Telephone: Occupant should use their own cell phone or long distance card
for all long distance calls. Any long distance charges from the unit will be billed
to the occupant.
Hold Harmless: Owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury
to persons or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for loss, damage
or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for
any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water,
gas, electricity or plumbing. Nor will owner accept liability for any loss or damage
caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond
its control.
Written Expectations: Any amendments to the above mentioned policies must be approved in
writing.
Amenities: The Sandestin AMENITIES CARD will be provided for ALL Rentals. This will offer a more fulfilling and complete vacation at Sandestin Resort for our vacationers.
